Shipping Policy

*Please read thoroughly*

All orders ship out USPS and take a standard 1-3 business days to process before shipping out, not including weekends regardless of method of shipment elected. 

Once order is processed within 1-3 business days, then order will ship and transit according to shipping election made at checkout, and NOT shipped from the date that order is placed!

**Fresh Squeeze Fashions or it's owner are NOT responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS.

If your package was lost, or damaged you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office.  Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. **Unfortunately we can not replace your package because it was lost by USPS.

*Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Fresh Squeeze Fashions, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us, and 35% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

*Shoe Orders:

All shoes ship without boxes. Please be aware before placing the order.

 NIS(Not In Stock) ITEMS:  If an item is found to be NIS from you order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!

 

***Tips in assuring orders are successfully delivered:

  • To ensure that your package is successfully delivered, please make sure your address is correct and entered in it's entirety including abbreviations and spaces.
  • If there is issues with verifying your address, FSF - customer service will contact you for resolution with these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.
  • If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us at FreshSqueezeFashions@gmail.com ASAP.
  • If your order was placed on the weekend, please email asap and  we will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
